Morton's has a traditional steak-house atmosphere, right down to the polished wood and white tablecloths. Expect a server pushing a trolley bearing all the menu's treasures: a 48-ounce porterhouse for two, a veal chop with Sicilian seasonings, a rib eye dry-rubbed with Cajun spices, and lobster straight from the north Atlantic. Accompanying potatoes can be hash browns, baked, or garlic-mashed. Reservations are recommended.
