The contemporary French cuisine at this light and airy restaurant isn't so much served as it's orchestrated, arranged in one of chef Robert Feenie's frequently changing 8- to 12-course set menus. The menus, whether seafood, vegetarian, or the elaborate 12-course signature menu, present creative takes on French cuisine, using regionally sourced organic produce. For quick bites, a tasting bar serves individual plates of snack-size comfort food for $12 each. Reservations are not accepted at the tasting bar.
