All the pasta is made fresh daily on the premises, and the smoked and marinated salmon are also prepared on-site. The chef's traditional Venetian dishes are top-flight; you'll marvel over savory meat and fish dishes such as scampi alla Busara (shrimp in a spicy cognac sauce) and the house specialty dessert, amaretto allo zabaglione. Jacket is required in the dining room for dinner.
