One of Vienna's oldest restaurants, the "Three Hussars" has triumphantly regained its reputation as a gourmet temple over the past few years. The friendly staff will put you at ease while you settle in for a relaxing, luxurious evening, and the menu offers traditional Viennese cuisine as well as a superb veal cutlet with pesto fettuccine or guinea fowl with stuffed morel mushrooms. Even if dessert is not your thing, you shouldn't pass up such exquisite delights as Husarenpfannkuchen, the house crepes. The only caveat is that the enticing but unpriced evening hors d'oeuvre trolley can send your bill soaring. Reservations essential. Jacket and tie.
