The Shops takes up three levels, one devoted entirely to food stands. It's mainly youth-oriented (this is a good place to drop off teenagers weary of the Smithsonian and more in the mood to buy T-shirts), but Perfumania and clothing stores such as Casual Corner and August Max have branches here, too.
