The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable and room was clean. There was some mold in the shower but otherwise- a great stay!

I am allergic to dust mites and had a reaction so I told them about it and they did a super job cleaning the room and changing the bed and vacuuming the couch and floor and bedding and pillows and I did not react the next night. I really appreciate their effort.

We stayed overnight before we had to leave from the airport in Fresno, the beds are very hard as well as the pillows. We did not have a good nights sleep because of that reason. Also, our room was over the front entrance and at 4:30 AM in the morning. I heard people laughing and talking and the van doors slamming that were taking people to the airport. The breakfast that is offered is pretty decent. Although the bacon needs to be cooked a bit more, and the eggs, don’t even taste like they’re real. But the waffles are delicious. They needed to be more milk options for your cereal or to drink. They only had almond milk and that was it. I wanted to do a tip by scanning it online, but the girl I wanted to tip, which was the person in the beverage and food area was not even on the list to be able to give it to her, and she worked very hard, because there was a huge group of Chinese people eating and not one person picked up their plate and put it in the trash so she had to do it Her name was Amanda and she was wonderful.

Less than 5 minutes from Fresno Air Terminal parking. Very nice staff. Comfortable room. Couldn't rate complimentary breakfast as we had to check out before 5am to catch our flight. But granola bars, muffins & coffee/tea, were available.

TERRIBLE experience
Terrible experience. On our arrival date (check in) the room seem like the housekeeping team didn’t care at all about getting our room clean and ready. We found in the bathroom the soaps of the guests before us. That was disgusting. And to make it more horrible. The bed sheets, blankets and bed covers were stained with old blood… VERY DISGUSTING and we noticed it until we were getting ready to sleep (12 am). We called the front desk and the only solution they gave us was sending a housekeeper with new blankets and covers. The lady didn’t wanna make our bed and just gave us everything for us to do it. Like seriously ? It wasn’t even us who stained everything. I’m very disappointed and Best Western it’s taking so long to give me a refund just because the manager “it’s not available”. Super unprofessional.

Shuttle was available 24/7. Front Desk friendly. Free Breakfast had a great assortment of food to choose from.. suggest they set up a 2nd Wafflemaker if the rooms are sold out. Kids were waiting patiently but hungry.

Room was clean and no issues with noise. It took a long time for the shower to warm up. Also, the area around the hotel is a little worrisome. Would not feel very safe going for a walk.

When I mentioned that the tub was dirty from the pipes not emptying the receptionist offered us a different room but we were tired. She said it would be taken care of & they did something while we were gone but it didn't help. The water surged noisily into the toilet to refill so something was definitely wrong with the plumbing. Our second night there, a group was very loud with music and yelling. We called to ask if there was a curfew for the "party" and she said no. It went on until 11:30pm. We did receive a credit to our account for $25 for the inconvenience. Not much, but it's something.
