Went for a concert and was disappointed when the screens wasnt turned on for those of us who sat up higher to see the stage. The staff was not polite at all. And the lines were not well managed needed ropes to guide poeple ao others qouldnt cut in
Arrange parking before you get to the arena. Found a cool place online that had valet parking which was great and was affordable
Experience was great but bathrooms were disgusting and food was over priced
You can easily walk to the arena from the hotel!
Quicken loans arena very close.
There is a parking garage just a block from arena. Cheap $20 parking, however a little run down but close enough that it was worth it for walking in Cleveland in February.
