Hotel and staff was great - for rooms facing Michigan Avenue consider sound proofing the windows - the cars are so loud and could hear it all night ! But service and stay over all was great

Absolutely wonderful! ALL employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were very nice and clean. Location is perfect for shopping, dining, and some museums. Will definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, super comfy rooms and bed! Walked everywhere- easy walk to museum/aquarium, shopping, dining etc. will definitely be back!
