Came here a few weeks ago, and didn't have ALL the same issues, or we would have chosen another place to stay this trip.
Room was described online as a "suite"; it was not. No separate sleeping area, just one room including the kitchenette.
Had to change rooms, first one we were assigned to had a non-functioning toilet; room we were moved to had a very unpleasant smell that lingered the whole time.
Trouble with room access cards that randomly stop working, both this stay and the one before. This time I had to get staff to re-code access cards 3 times before they would work.
Issues with using the TV; cable box wasn't connected; TV is attached so close to the wall that one cannot see the back for connectivity, and is unmovable; scraped my arm trying to plug in the HDMI cable (same TV issue last trip, minus injury).
Laundry room is permanently closed. No vending machine on the floor. Only one vending machine (with very over-priced options) on the main floor; ICE machine doesn't work at all. "Pantry" space at the reception desk for snacks/simple foods to cook in your room is perpetually empty. (same on last trip).
Breakfast is just OK, if you stick to the very limited cereal options, or toasted bread products. Eggs and bacon were decidedly unappetizing. Bananas, but no other fruit option. Juice choice limited and mostly blend drinks with tons of sugar; coffee is undrinkable.
Front desk staff were friendly young women, who seemed unsure of how to deal with issues.
