Where do I start, There was one very rude and unprofessional front desk employee that greeted us when we arrived. Ask for connecting rooms after the trip was booked. I was told on the phone this was done two week before we traveled when we arrived we were told it was done again. We put our name and phone on a list for early check in, I believe i was called but the phone rang twice and no message was left. When we did check in no connecting room was booked and we were told they were sold out.
Conditions: Chairs in dinning room are way to low and to soft. Freezer in room full of ice and did not get very cold, Noticed mold around the shower walls. The gap between the floor and the room door is very large we had to put a towels on the floor to keep the light ,cold air and noise out.
Parking: we were told parking would be $ 20 or 23 dollars a day plus tax which was shock we are Hilton owners why are we paying for parking at any Hilton property. Trying to get out parking lot was a disaster you have push the call button and wait for the front desk to push the button to let you out. We had to get out the car and walk back to front desk and tell them to push the button several times. I would not stay at this location again.
