    What we’re about

Our goal is to provide you with the most useful information possible for making your travel decisions. To do this we rely on a number of sources for information. Our most valuable information source is fellow travelers who are willing to share their experiences through reviews, ratings, and comments.

Authenticity and originality are extremely important to us. We verify each Expedia review to make sure it’s written by a person who purchased travel from our site.

We’re also passionate about fostering an open and democratic dialogue between travelers, consumers and suppliers. We encourage suppliers to respond to reviews about their hotel. This allows a hotel to explain a situation, add clarity to a service, or show their appreciation for your review. Supplier responses are marked with Management Response.

We’re honored to have a community comprised of intelligent, interesting people who love to travel. We can’t wait to hear your thoughts and opinions about your excursions. Help your fellow travelers avoid dirty bathrooms and bedbugs and they’ll reward you by telling you where the greatest hidden beaches are. Everybody wins!

If we all follow a few simple rules, we can create a better experience for everyone.
