If you have a non-motorized wheelchair, you may ride in one of De Palm Tours regular shuttles. However, motorized wheelchairs require a specialized private transfer. This service is available only upon special request and will require an additional charge. You must contact De Palm Tours directly to arrange this service.
Tip and porterage are not included in the listed rate.
|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem 1 voucher per person.
How to Redeem Your Voucher:
Note: It is the traveler(s)'s responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
Once you have cleared customs in Aruba, please proceed outside to the Arrival Terminal where a De Palm Tours representative will assist you. You will need to present your ground transfer voucher(s) and photo identification. You will be given a yellow ticket for your return transfer. For your convenience, a De Palm Tours customer service desk is located inside the Arrival Terminal if you have any questions.
Hotel to airport: On the day after your arrival in Aruba, please contact a De Palm Tours representative—located in your hotel lobby, in a hotel near you (please ask for a complete list), or by calling the number lised on your voucher (you do not need to dial the area code when calling from Aruba)—in order to confirm your departure pickup time. You will need to show the yellow ticket received upon arrival to get on the bus. New airport regulations require that all passengers check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure.
