Transfers operate 24 hours; departure times vary. Unforeseen circumstances, such unfavourable weather conditions, may affect the departure schedule of your speedboat transfer. Labriz Silouette will not assume any liability for related expenses if the circumstances of the delay are outside of their control. Children younger than 2 years ride for no charge.
|After booking your transfer—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform Universal Resorts Seychelles if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that they can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Airport to hotel:
Upon arrival at Mahe Airport, please collect your baggage and proceed through customs. A representative from Universal Resorts will be waiting in the arrivals hall; he or she will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Hotel to airport:
You must call your Labriz Silouette representative at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure date to confirm your hotel pick-up time.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
