"We’ll definitely be back to our favorite hotel"
Enjoyed every minute of our stay! My girlfriend & I came to the "Days of our Lives" fan event that took place on CityWalk(very convenient to the Sheraton Universal). We really enjoyed our room. The very "comfortable" beds & "fluffy" pillows made us want to stay in bed all day. The staff was very friendly & we will definitely come back. What an "awesome hotel"!

Excited for next year!
This was a lovely hotel to stay at, especially since my friend and I were going to be spending a decent amount of time at the Universal City Walk while in town. The customer service was great, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the decor in the lobby and lounge- very posh, and VERY comfortable. The menu was pretty pricey, but considering its LA, we figured this in advance and came prepared. We were on the main level, and while our room was very nice, 2 of the lights were not working and maintenance tried to fix them, but we never got them working. It wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t really need that many lights on anyhow. (They were lamps- not overhead lights). The outdoor patio that was looking over the wooded area/freeway could have used a better cleaning, but we understood that sometimes the wind just blows things in after its been cleaned. No biggy cause we never went outside there to do much anyhow. The other thing that bothered me, and my friend was that there was no fan in the bathroom- and waiting for the mirrors to unfog after a shower was kind of irritating. However, this would not prevent me from staying there again. We loved the hotel and definitely will be staying there again when we come back next fall!
There is a nail salon down in studio city that was really nice! Great pedicures!

Excellent location, total comfort!
The hotel is right next to Universal studio, the metro is 5 min walk away and next stop on metro from here is Hollywood!!! Staff was very friendly ... conceirge gave us many useful coupens ... overall, am definitely going to book this hotel again!
