Good location for Canton Fair

Hotel is within walking distance to the subway with is very convenient especially if attending the Canton Fair. McDonald’s & Pizza Hut are very close by too.

an OK+ Hotel , maybe one of the better ones in guangzhou

i would certainly stay in this hotel again the next time i am in Guangzhou, but i wont be expecting much.

I made reservation during Canton fair ,from october 15 to october 19 and fom oct 22 to oct 28 for 2 rooms I require non smoking rooms in my 1st stay they gave me smoking suite rooms not clean ,but the 2nd stay was better the hotel gave me nsmoking and the executive room that are a lot better. Samy

...not too far from canton fair

The hotel is well located - about a 20 minute ride to the canton fair. Good value for money - reception is efficient and polite. No complains.

Traveler's tip on dining

Don’t visit the Sichuan restaurant next to the hotel - it is pretty bad. Most good restaurants are a taxi ride away. There is a McDonald’s and Pizza Hut right next to the hotel.

Good stay

I staid in Rosedale for 5 nights for the Canton Fair, and my overall impression was very good. Would stay again. Very well organized the transportation to the Fair.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for couple times already.I really think this hotel is one of the best in guangzhou.

Quality, will go back

The hotel was great for 3 star, service lacked as the receptionists didn’t speak very good english and kept giving us wrong directions. The concierge was much better and was able to problem solve. Will definitely go back.

Very nice hotel

The hotel did a very nice job for us during our stay. The staff was professional and friendly. Going to the pool was a little confusing, like going through a maze, but eventually one would get to a nice facility.

Convenient to the Metro Subway station which is really nice and efficient to use much quicker then the taxi.

The trade show center is pretty far by taxi or shuttel. I use the underground rail and was a fast way to get.

Nice Hotel

2nd time I’ve stayed at the hotel. 1st time, they were doing some reconstruction, but didn’t notice much noise. 2nd time, was very nice, because it looked like they completed the reconstruction. Weather was hot though, but it’s July....expected!!

very cold and noisy

I stayed three nights in January 07. The entire hotel was under facelift - windows were covered with tarp, hammering noise and street noise were constant. Heater did not work until 10:30pm (yet heater was not working well - hotel provided a portable heater but did not help much) Suite offered a large bed room and a living room with two baths. The location is not near business center but in old Guangzhou district. Rate was reasonable however.
