On a budget ?
This hotel was not bad for the price paid. It’s older so not very up-to-date, but the staff was friendly and informative. It has a path to the state beach next door so that was nice and was close to downtown so that was convenient. The room was clean, but the bathroom was small.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There is a small cafe very close, says it’s the number one place for breakfast, Had nice people and decent food.

Will definitely be back! Excellent for the money. Very close to boat launch & room to park boat.
So it is older but nice enough. For the price you can not beat it. Location is perfect. Very close to Windsor Beach boat launch. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. I think this place is excellent for the price. I was a little weary because it was so inexpensive but was extremely pleased with my stay.

Perfect if you bring your boat. There are large spaces to park your boat and very close to Windsor Beach launch.

oaky for the weekend
we went with 10 other families for a baseball tournament. The mgmt was extremly nice they let the kids use the pool after 9:00 b/c it was so hot they even let us bbq by the pool area. I would say the rooms need to be updated but they were not all that bad. This place is kid friendly...oh yes we had a game sun morning and they let us check out late with no extra fee.
