Not Impressed at all.
For the money paid there were MANY other nearby accomodations available during the daytona Nascar races since attendence is down. The lobby’s automatic door did not work so you had to manually slide the doors open and closed. The hotel has a very old appearance and I had to try 3 different rooms before I got one that had a working air conditioner. The management was nice however the maintenance person was rude and not accomodating. Looking in his office it looked like a bomb had exploded with all the tools and trash on his office floor. Only one of the two elevators were working and even the working one indicated the wrong floor on the display inside the elevator.

Save money and get a nicer room at any of the nearby resorts.

Massively UnImpressed
As promised, oceanfront room w/ coffeemaker, fridge & microwave. Absolutely no renovations taking place; hotel is as is. The elevator didn’t always work, so carried luggage up/down 8 flights stairs. Pool unswimmable. SpringBreakers out of control. Items stolen from from room included ID, cash and cell phone. Part of hotel staff friendly; but not friendly enough to make up for complete and utter rudeness of rest.
It’s more than a reasonable rate for area. As mentioned, ocean view was spectactular but heard more than one guest complain r.e. service; broken appliances & water stains on ceiling throughout hotel suggesting leaking plumbing on every floor (including mine).
