Convenient location
Hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and has excellent public transportation to major sites and the airport. Tram stops right in front of hotel. All desk staff were extremely helpful calling for cabs and restaurant reservations and providing directional information. Morning breakfast provided good variety. Hotel restaurant and bar personnel were very efficient and attentive. There are not many shopping and dining alternatives nearby but only a 10 minute tram ride to Galleria and many shops and restaurants. There is a nice grocery market a block and half away.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Buy the one or two day public transport pass for extensive travel throughout the city on trams, buses, metro and light rail. Runs til after midnight.

Nothing special!
Rooms are small and hotel’s overall condition is bad (hasn’t been renovated for more than a decade). However, service is satisfactory, location is convenient and rates are reasonable.

A very good Hotel but not in the center of town
It was very clean had a great breakfast the internet can be had for a fee but then the price is very good for this hotel. It was close enough to where I wanted to be but it was not int he center of town. There is however a tram that stops rignt outside that takes you to Galleria and Duomo but it is not close to Central station but there is no real to want to be near central station. It serve my purose very well. I would stay there again and I reccommend it.
