its OK
AC was not working at night it got really hot and not able to adjust the temperature. However breakfast was good.

Great Hotel
We loved this hotel and will return. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent. It had a very comfortable feel. It was also within walking distance to most things we wanted to do, which was great. Next trip we will pass on the added breakfast. Although the people were great, the food was not. We skipped it most days, although we paid for it.

In town to watch the Chiefs
There are a good number of local bars near the hotel and not far from the Power and Light District. The hotel had a shuttle/ride service to downtown and other areas of interest. Granted there are a lot of high end hotels in the Crown Plaza area the Q was great for the price I paid. The stay included breakfast each morning and two complementary drinks at the bar during happy hour. I flew in from L.A. with my brother to watch the Chiefs, the hotel is a short 15-20 minutes to Arrowhead. I was very satisfied wit the hotel staffs professionalism. Eat at Oklahoma Joe’s, Gates BBQ is 2nd and Arthur Bryant’s 3rd.
