View is fantastic! but unit needs cleaning
Hello, for those of you wanting to stay at these condos make sure you get one that is updated and cleaned. The carpet was so dirty I had dirty feet the whole time. And I think this unit has an electrical problem with the lights going on and off. And the air conditioner does not work. No dishwasher! Don’t know about you but doing dishes on my vacation is at the bottom of my list. Since your bedroom is in the front of the unit you have to know that trucks go up and down this road all day long to avoid the traffic on the main road. The grounds are well maintained and the view is to die for. Visitors don’t seem to get the no-smoking law and no one seems to say anything. Would I stay here again? Probably but would request a different unit. Oh and CRH the rental folks, took forever to reach them since we got there on Sunday and when we did she was rude. Told us we were calling the wrong number but that is what is on the phone. Never received a call back from facilities about the electrical. CRH needs to look at their front desk staff. When voiced our complaints about the unit she told us to tell the owner.

Good bang for your buck
The condo was built in the 70’s, older but in good condition. At the time of our stay they were painting the outside which was suppose to of been completed before our arrival. The condo is located on the water, great view, with a beach out the back door. The AC unit could of been a stronger unit and the bed was sitting on the floor not on a frame. Close to shopping areas. Outstanding views with a swimming pool out your back door, whats not to like? I would do it again. If you look at the sign book they get a lot of repeat customers.

Nice Place
These are your typical condos. Each unit is privately owned, so each unit is different. The room I had was recently updated with new appliances, sinks, etc. So it was nice. The building, however, is under contruction repairs to repair damage from an earthquake 3 yrs ago. (fortunately, that was at the other end from my unit.) The maintenance man is a bit of a control freak and feels he needs to be the full time condo cop. But he liked us, so it wasn’t a problem) Location was great, beach was 50 ft from my patio. Area was quiet and relaxing. There is a grocery store just around the corner (save you a lot of money...Hawaii is expensive) as well some places o eat and some shopping centers. So, if it wasn’t for the construction, I’d say 3 starts. But for now, I’d gvive a 2 star.
