Honeymoon Heaven
Hale Pau Hana is a wonderful condo on a beautiful beach. Our unit was well equipped and comfortable. One of the nicest features was the location, as we could walk to get a coffee and cinnamon roll, or to the Sport’s bar to watch out Phillies, as well as to shops and restaurants. It was quiet and the grounds clean. We snorkeled with turtles right off the beach. It’s not fancy, but was just what we were looking for.

Great Location
Everything was great. Right on Beach.Good swimming. Only thing was AC only in bedroom. Leave front and back doors open to get breeze. Will go back.

everything we wanted
This complex was built in 1968, and while not all units have been updated equally, ours was clean and very comfortable. This was our first experience in a condo. I have a feeling this may be the Motel 6 of condos. But the location can’t be beat. The thing to remember about a condo is that it’s like being a guest in someone’s house. Don’t expect lots of services like at a hotel. Air conditioning throughout the unit would have been nice, but the lanai was always cool. We couldn’t have been happier with the location right on the beach and the stores across the street. Everything we wanted was nearby. You are right in between lots of parks and walking trails, right on the southern edge of Kihei right before the resort area of Wailea. The main road is congested but the noise can’t be heard from the beach side--only the surf! The entire complex was quiet, uncrowded, and well maintained. Lots of shade; great barbecues. Snorkeling, though murky, was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
