just convenient
This hotel has a good location, convenient to go to downtown, restaurant,...but it is not well maintained.

ehhhh....
The hotel was pretty nice overall however I found one live and one dead roach in the room. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were working on it since one was dead. Also, the hotel was in the later stages of renovation and seemed to be shaping up fairly nicely!

Impressed
I was very impressed with the hotel. I enjoyed the room. The iron was broken and leaked all over the clothes I was trying to iron, but other than that I enjoyed it.
