Probably my fault, but...
I checked in early afternoon since I was there for an afternoon wedding and wanted to change. they only had a handicapped room available and I did not realize the difference. The room was on the first floor right near the elevator, ice machine and right in front of the vending. I got almost no sleep since every noise was magnified coming under the door. In fact some guy carried on a phone conversation outside my door. In the morning went to shower and since it was a handicap room the full bathroom floor got wet. As I said above probably my fault...

The staff was so friendly and helpful and it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay.
