Good hotel and inexpensive
Within walking distance to Mayo Clinic but shuttles also available. Much cheaper than staying next to Clinic.

Very nice!!
Handy for patients of hospital and Mayo. Comfortable bed. Could us furniture for extended stays in rooms. Very uncomfortable and dated. Probably the worst part of our stay as there is nothing to do in Rochester in the middle of winter but stay in your room.
