Go somewhere else.
This hotel is disgusting- the suites are designed poorly. You walk into the bedroom portion and then go around the corner to the sitting room area. There is NO window in the sitting room area and it doesn’t close off from the bedroom. The room had a terrible smell. We had to move. The coffee pot was NOT clean and there was mold growing on the plastic wrapped cup which smelled suspiciously of bleach. Hair in the tub. Parking is terrifying- you have to use a garage that’s so far away and then follow a maze to get back to the hotel. There was no breakfast! We came down at 8am and there was no food. Another guest asked where the breakfast was and the desk agent said "there might be some muffins somewhere." The staff was pretty unfriendly. They were probably ashamed of this hotel. If not, they should be. Go somewhere else.

Cleveland Trip
Had a good experience. The only things were that there was no trash can in the bathroom, and the mattress was something I’ve never seen or felt before. It had bumps and ridges in it. It wasn’t uncomfortable, though, just weird. I would recommend this hotel. Got a discount because I had gone to the Cavaliers game. Nice!
Corner Alley Bar & Grill: 16 lanes and a load of food for a little cash. Delicious!

Small room unfriendly staff
Never really felt like a paying customer. I was never greeted in the ten days that I was there. Even checking in. My room was tiny. It reminded me of a cabin on a cruise ship. Make a different choice when staying in Cleveland.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
At the rock and roll hall of fame make sure to give yourself a full day. There’s a lot to see. The food there is terrible. You can leave to get lunch. The food court up E 9th is two blocks away. Well worth the short walk.
