A true classic hotel
This is one of the oldest hotels in Trondheim where royalty has stayed.It has all modern ammenities while preserving it’s old charm. Breakfast buffet is very nice and very norwegian. Taxi and airport bus right outside. Free use of umbrellas very convenient. Location is the best since it’s downtown and walking distance to most sights in this historic town.

central location, excellent breakfast
Nice hotel in a central location. Airport shuttle stops just near the entrance to the hotel. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. The front of the bulding undergoes renovation just now, but this did not affect my stay in any respect (no noise, no dust, etc). I got a nice deal from Expedia: "stay two nights, and get the third one free", otherwise I would consider this hotel a bit overpriced.
