Great Hotel
I loved the hotel - from the minute I walked in the door, the customer service was excellent. Te reception clerk personally walked me to my room, the lounge/resturant was gorgeous, the bed comfortable, the rain shower was great. The only problem was that the breakfast that I ordered via dor tag the night before was not delivered. They claimed I didn’t check off a delivery time (not true). Other than that, everything was great.

felt like royalty
from the minute I walked into the hotel, I was treated with respect and greeted with smiles and eye contact, the room was percolating with luxury. the bed...super comfy, the room...geared for travelers’ diversion. following exhausting day of sightseeing, i looked forward to returning to the park hyatt. not only was i greeted with an open door, but also the staff at the front desk looked up from their position and greeted each of us personally.

Wonderful location and excellent staff
Well situated near attractions and restaurants. Very nice room with stylish furnishings. Staff was helpful in making reservations and arranging transportation.
