Great place, locate in front of the 18th hole with a breathtaking view!
Located outside Pheonix and within 20 minutes from the airport it is agreat place to comfortably relax and enjoy the sunrise. A breathtaking view of the valley and immediate access to the 18 hole golf course. Try breakfast with a view above the 18th hole! Service in excellence from the time you check in to the time you (don’t want) to check out! Beautiful and well equipped rooms with excellent climat control and... a fire place ready to go 24/7! A small patio with a tete a tete table helps you relax. bring your own wine of course! I would return in a heart beat but would select an upper level room. I stayed at the lower level and my neighbor above was walking the 100 steps keeping me awake at night and was my alarm clock in the morning. Sealing lack of noise insulation. Try it it’s worth it!

We recommend this hotel. The hotel was fairly quiet during our stay in late October/early November 2009, ideal for relaxing with pool and hot tub at the edge of a golf course. Great room with balcony and fireplace with fantastic views. Room was very good size with desk and sofa, king size bed was extremely comfortable. Good bathroom with tub for 2. Only minutes from local shops and restaurants with many more 10 minutes away in Fountain Hills. Scottsdale with great shopping facilities and huge choice of restaurants only 15 minutes away. 101 Freeway around 5/10 minutes away. Many golf courses nearby, some have lower rates for hotel users. Some lovely lakes nearby with marine facilities. For anyone worried about security this appears to be a very low risk area, we never felt in danger throughout our 10 days in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale.
A good choice for dining is Terra Nostra Italian restaurant on Palisades. From Shea go onto Palisades several miles towards the Fountain Hills fountain (hence the name). Restaurant on opposite side of the road. Ate there twice and excellent both times. (The fountain is switched on each hour and is well worth seeing.
