The hotel is certainly ok, especially if you want to be in that specific location, but far from 5 stars that they lead themselves to believe. I’d say it is about 3.5 stars. The service was good when provided, but patchy overall. The breakfast is fine.

would love to go back
The hotel was great and it is conveniently located near a super market and also 2 different sources of transportation. i would love to return there because i really enjoyed my stay.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Visiting the city center was so convenient. you could purchase bus and tram tickets for 1 or more days. everything in the center is within walking distance and visiting some sites were actually free on certain days. the food was great and the prices very reasonable too. if you like the night life, there are many clubs and pubs located within the center. i would not suggest renting a car because you save more and see alot just traveling by the bus or the tram.

Good hotel but regretfully not in the center and access with taxi is almost the only way...
