Great service!
Positive: confortable beds and pillow, clean room, quiet street, very close to the castle, nice space in the room for two people, nice breakfast, fantastic staff at front desk and at breakfast (Monia from the front desk was really great with us and gave us fantastic tips about places to go and good/cheap restaurants) Negative: the hotel is near the castle but far from other touristic atractions. Its in the top of a hill and theres no public transportation (only taxi)so be ready to walk a lot and get in shape! There wasnt enough illumination in the room so we couldnt even see what was inside the wardrobe. Also the bath curtain was really small so everyday we had a little Everglades in our bathroom.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
In the beginning of Neruda Street theres a Square. In that Square theres a really great place to change money!! (its also written the best one in Prague) DO NOT CHANGE MONEY IN THE CITY CENTRE AND NEAR CHARLES BRIDGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!

Disappointing
This hotel should be a one- or two-star hotel, at best. The room was incredibly small (one had to turn sideways to move across it), the air conditioning worked very poorly (despite the staffs attempt to fix it), and the shower was very poorly designed. The two positives were an excellent breakfast buffet and a location that was good for getting to all the major tourist areas. Also, the staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful. Overall, however, a very disappointing experience.

20 Yards from Prague Castle
Although the bed was not the comfiest Ive ever had, its hard to beat the location of this hotel (right around the corner from Prague Castle and the amazing St. Vitus Cathedral). The daytime receptionist is extremely helpful and speaks good English, and the breakfast buffet is quite tasty!
