Uncomfortable night
Upon arrival - joining room door wide open; window (room was on 20th floor) wide open; paper on soap half torn off. Made for a very weird night.

Recommendable
Great amenities included free parking, wonderful morning buffet and hotel airport shuttle. Only downside was floor in lovely room not vaccumed properly one time.

Good service
I only stayed for one night, but I was very pleased with the size of the room - very spacious. I had a car with me and was pleased that the parking charges were reasonable vs. other hotels I had stayed in. It is unfortunate that free Internet service is not available in the room. That’s something that should be provided without cost in this day and age!

Go to the Distillery on Mt. Hope Ave - yummy half price appetizers after 9 and 2 for 1 margaritas!! Fun sports bar!
