The Hamilton Inn offers their guests access to high speed internet. The Hotel is adjacent to ferries to Mackinac Island and close to downtown shopping, championship golf courses and restaurants. Pricey, but then, most in the area probably are. We left early in the morning, but still had not had maid service by 5pm that afternoon. Free breakfast was not worth the price... Room did have a refrigerator but no microwave-- bring your own food.

Great location, but...
Our room had ants. The pool area needs some kind of ventilation. The beds were extremely comfortable.

essentially not worth the money
Our room was not ready until later than 6 P.M.though check in time was 3.We were tired from the long journey but the hotel staff[ manager] was least concerned,did not offer anything to compensate. On the contrary,he was very rude when we tried to reason.

Don’t forget to avail of the coupon to get a free cute bag from ’Del Sol’ store at Mackinaw Crossings with $5 purchase. Everything changes color in the sun.My son loves his t-shirt; expensive but free bag makes up for it.
