Very Clean and Quiet
We asked for two beds and were given one. We requested twins but were told that they were booked for New Years and therefore we could have the room with a large double bed with a pull out couch. It was fine. Then I was told that breakfast was included with the room. The first day it was then it wasn’t. So the good news was the people in the restraurant in the lobby were wonderful. The housekeepers did an extremely wonderful job cleaning and preparing the room. Room service was great. Everyone seemed very pleasant. The Tube station near the hotel was closed but when it will be open this is a great place to stay

London-The City
I was extremely please with my experience at this Crowne. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the hospitality of all staff, including restaurants. The concierge was very helpful, providing a map, umbrella when it rained, and general assistance with the City. I was very appreciative and would recommend to anyone traveling in this area.

Amazing hotel
Everything was just great. Starting from the valet services to room service, everybody was very nice and helpful. Perfect location too

nice city hotel
good location,good size and clean rooms,helpfull front dest and good consiage.extra towels and pillows is supplied with a pleasure. the metro station next to the hotel is closed till 2011 keep in mind if you need to use. but the hotel in the center it is not that important. Inroomdinning is ok,cafe tea and complementary water and cookies are nice.

Out standing room
Our room at the Crowne Plaza was very large with a large bathroom. The hotel has two resturnts and there are several pubs and small eateries within a couple of blocks. The staff is was very friendly and helpful. There is a tube station right across the street, unfourtunately it was closed for repair. It is a short walk to the next station along the Thames. There are several bus stops within a couple of blocks. I would highly recommend staying here.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Staint Pauls is a short 4 block walk away. The Thames is half a block. The Templars temple featured in the Da Vince Code is also within easy walking distance.
