Needs maintance upgrade

Good Location but Needs Updates
The hotel has a good location and the price is right, but it’s near an iffy neighborhood. I was concerned about arriving there late at night. The parking structure is detached and the walk to the lobby is not completely covered in bad weather. The breakfast buffet has most items in a similarly priced hotel. The work out room is a small office with worn and barely functioning equipment. The room itself was not as clean as expected. I didn’t feel particularly safe there. The one plus was that the staff was very friendly and helpful.
