Last minute booking..
It was a ’welfare’ hotel which I would never recommend except for the manager...he was extremely helpful and very accomodating.

You’d do better to sleep in your car
The Travel Inn in Rutland is a horrible motel. The room was dirty. The towels had someone else’s hair in them. No tissue paper other than toilet paper. Cheap bar soap; no shampoo. The heater didn’t work easily. Continental breakfast ... coffee from a dirty coffee pot and some donuts??? Need I say more.
