very hard to reach, but overll very nice, clean and feels like a worn bed in nowhere
very smily service, rooms are to be expected in size, but are very clean and comfortable... the view is amazing - you have a balcony in each room and the view in the morning is Tuscany at its best...

A buggy affair
We arrived, checked in, opened our curtains to find the area between the sliding glass door and the curtains crawing with ants, etc. It might be as simple as a previous guest spilling something in the doorway or whatever, but we were asked to vacate the room so they could clean it and then we were told it was taken care of. The next morning we checked and any ants that had penetrated the door were dead - made me uncomfortable with the level of chemicals they had used. Can’t recommend.
