LOVE IT
Zurich was epic! Rennasiance was reallly nice too. Five star hotel...bit expensive on the bar and the asian buffet, but it’s okay. The facilities are awesome and it’s a GREAT location. Only fifteen minutes by tram to the city center.

Veru pleased with the quality vs. rate offered. Good gym in hotel also.
Have enough small change to take tram !! The machines do not accept notes.

Not a 5* hotel at all
Located near the tram is convinient, but still far from Zurich center. I found out that we cannot set the temperature of the room as we like due to limitations in heating system of the hotel. The room was cold and worst thing was that seems that hotel team does not care too much about you are not confortable there. Cleanliness of the room also does not meet 5* category. Summary - does not worth the money.
