NICE HOTEL AND BEST IN HAYWARD, OAKLAND, UNION CITY SAN JOSE
i saw their rates and it was extremely resonable so i book it walked got check in really fast went to my room...nice carpet and brand new... nice television also because tv was big and they have premium channel and their wireless and high speed internet is fast. also they have breakfast in the morning which is good ... i also like their pool because it seems new ... also i like their rooms they are new ... the pictures on the website are old but the rooms are new front desk is friendly ... they have all the amenities that i wanted so i was satisfied and i know what people rate but this hotel is outstanding. i stayed at other hotel in hayward and their hotel are no good at all this budget inn of hayward is a great hotel. There are alot of people around but they were all nice and once again nice hotel to stay at will be back in the future

OK in a pinch.
The spend a lot of time on the outside maintenance, but use stained sheets and wimpy pillows inside. There was a gap under the door large enough to allow mice inside. (None did). No bugs. Not impressed with breakfast.
