Comfortable with Great Customer Service
This hotel was very clean and the employees provided excellent customer service. We loved that the pool was open until 11PM. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Make sure you find your way to the local MAX station to go downtown so you don’t have to pay for parking.

Nice place to stay.
Had an issue with teenagers making too much noise late at night. We called front desk who promptly worked to resolve the matter.

If staying again, I would ask for a top floor room.

A pleasant stay
We stayed at this hotel for a week and were very happy with the services the hotel provides. My daughter loved the indoor swimming pool and I loved the daily breakfasts along with the cookies every evening. My one complaint was the lack of tv stations for kids (no Nick Jr. or Cartoon Network). My daughter was going through severe cartoon withdrawals by the end of the week.
Traveler's tip on dining
The hotel is situated next to a huge shopping center with tons of food options. The Mexican restaurant next store was excellent.
