Nice location, good restaurant, convenient value for mony paid
Excelent service, the hotel personel please you with anything you may require. Hotel very well located close to the commercial area having beach access. Good restaurant with Buffet or Served options. The food is very good including typical region plates. Air conditioned little noise but same condition you will find in similar hotels. One of the best hotel in town.

Confort but far from downtown Veracruz
Room was great, bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is on the new hotel strip in Boco del Rio which unfortunately is a long walk (i.e. 7 km) to central Veracruz, thus not close to restaurants/shops.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you are a jogger, take advantage of the early morning/evening jogs along the malacon, next to the hotel

Nice Location
We booked 3 last minute reservations at this property and were pleasantly surprised. The quality and location are excellent. Better yet was the staff who were attentive and competent without going overboard. The restaurant was serviceable for breakfast. A staff member recommended a good seafood restaurant away from the hotel that turned out to be a lot of fun for the two kids traveling with us. The only problem was no hot water in the shower in the morning in one of the three rooms. Upon further thought, it might have been shower-operator error. Lots of hotels from which to choose in Veracruz, a location none of the party had been. This is a nice place.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Aquarium is quite nice. It does get crowded, as do the lovely beaches.
