needs work
The hotel has clearly not been maintained. The pools were in poor shape, the sofas had tears in the fabric, the mattresses and box springs were collapsed. The kitchenettes were poorly stocked for cooking and timer on the oven didn’t work. One can see how the resort must have been nice twenty years ago...the staff was put out to be helpful. The nicest staff member was the masseuse, and she was a substitute.

This hotel was a great place to stay, it was beautiful, the people were friendly and helpful! Very relaxing island and hotel!

For families and seniors
This is a very nice hotel, however it is best for families with young kids and seniors. it is villa style so rooms come with kitchen, bath, living room, etc. reception speaks english well. the pools are not heated and there is no hot tub despite having 6 pools but overall good experience.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
There is no real nightlife to speak of around this area so I’d head to Puerta carmen if you are looking for nightlife, not costa teguise.
