Pleasantly Impressed
Hotel was very nice and within a short walking distance to the Gwinnett Center. Restaurant is reasonably priced. Our only complaint is that the air conditioning in our room would not get the room as cool as we wanted it.

Second stay - Less than impressed
I had stayed in this hotel a week ago on business and was very impressed with the quality, comfort and cleanliness. When I had to return to Atlanta for a wedding, I decided to stay there again with my family. I was booked on the other side of the hotel facing the trees. It was a wonderful view compared to the parking lot on the other side. This time around though I was dissapointed in the staff response and the noise. The shower was used a bit more this time. In this room, there was mold under the shower head (and this hotel isn’t that old). Our family used up the towels provided and needed more delivered to the room. We called downstairs to get more so we could get our shower and go to the wedding. More than 1.5 hours passed until someone finally knocked on the door. She apologized and said she was in a meeting. While that may be the case, surely they had someone else they could have sent. And the noise. It’s wonderful that the rooms all have refrigerators, but they chose the least expensive models they could get their hands on, and consequently the compressors in these units are ridiculously loud. I also had a better look at the Internet access points this time around as well. They are evenly spaced, but I’m not sure they are on every floor. If you want a stronger signal, stay on the second floor. For the price, I would only stay at this hotel for the convenience of being so close to Gwinett Center.
