Good Hotel.
It is comfortable hotel, rooms are clean and services overall is very good. Internet is some kind of slow during the day.

great hotel, the only 2 negatives is the staff don’t speak any english, only the bell boys do. if you don’t speak spanish, you will have trouble communicating with the staff!!

Very nice option
Nice, upscale, convenient. The hotel is located next an upscale mall which gives access to shopping, restaurants an a movie theater. The hotel uses the taxi service that services the mall as well, and I was especially delighted with them. The taxi ride to my meeting location was $40 pesos (about USD$3.50) and I tried to pay with a $200 pesos bill. The driver didn’t have enough change, so I told him to just give me $100 pesos back and keep the change. I was surprised he said "that wouldn’t be fair", so he gave me $100 pesos and when I got back to my hotel later in the day, the change was waiting for me at the lobby inside an envelope.Very pleasant surprise.

Nice for business
Check in and manager are kinda clueless about some proceedings (it’s a new hotel). But every other employee is very friendly and gives an excellent service. Free wireless access in every room.
Traveler's tip
Put your "Do not disturb" sign up, or cleaning service will knock on your door around 8am every day. / Also remember to take your expedia printout, because even though they have your reservation and info, they demand it to process check in, and if you don’t have it they’ll make you print it in their business center.
