Nice Place
This was a good place to spend a few days while in Interlaken. it is within walking distance of all 3 train stations (west,Ost and Wilderswil) and there is a bus stop a block down the street so this all made it easy to get around. The hotel is an older building so it’s nothing fancy but it has more character than the newer ones - we had a balcony outside our room which faced the mountains for an incredible view. Our room had a toilet and shower in the room which was nice (in 10 days of traveling around switzerland this was the only accomodation we had with a bathroom and shower in the room). The staff was very nice and helpful at all times, breakfast was adequate, the location is excellent. Supermarket, laundry and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk.

Excellent value and ammenities
We booked this hotel at the last minute and were lucky to get a rare triple room, for myself and my two daughters. Space was a little tight, but it didn’t matter. The Hotel had free WIFI, an elevator, and a wonderful little restaurant/bar that had typical Swiss food for the region, with huge american size portions of food. The Fondu was for two, and was enough for 3 or 4 people and was my favorite. The included a typical continental buffet breakfast plus some cold cuts and cheese. You are served hot milk and coffee or chocolate for the kids. The was also the option for full pension (dinner) which was in its own dining room. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and spoke english. The hotel, however, is a some distance from the city center, so you would need to take public transportation or drive. An excellent value!
