terrible service and rooms are not up to living standards
I opened a refund with expedia on my stay. The frist night i got there, the front desk rep. was rude and offered me a room that was not supposed to be on the market. Then, continued with funny remarks that he ran out of rooms and I can sleep on the sofa in the lobby area. I didn’t find it funny. Then, after going back and forth with him, he found a room for me. this is after 2 hrs, finally got a room but, to seal the night or early morning, no heat or hot water and no wireless service either. I was moved to another room the next day after I kept on complaining and the hotel didn’t have enough for the breakfast time. I stayed one more night. But, i checked out one day earlier. I asked the manager for refund and he agreed. But, not surprised that nothing was done. I should get a refund for at least 2 nights. I will never ever recommend nor stay at this hotel.
