A nice little hotel went bad
My family and I stayed at the Gorden House, Mumbai 4 times within the past 4 years. We have been very impressed with the small size of the hotel right in the middle of the busisest district in Mumbai and the simple, plain decor of the rooms. However, my last stay at the hotel in Autust 16-17th was disappointing as the bathroom floor fleded with water leaks from the celing. the fellow who came to fix the leak did not do a good job. When I pointed out this to the front desk, they kind of ingnored my concern. In addition, the cleaning lady left her cleaning cart right in front of my room all night and when I asked the manager to move it, he simply pushed it to the side. This is unfortunate and I regret the poor service provided by this excellent little hotel.
