Not Impressed
-High Speed Internet did not work, called help desk and they could not fix it. -Coffee Pot was broken, called help desk, they had nobody avaiable to fix it. -Hair dryer did not work, called help desk, they had nobody avaiable to fix it. -Somebody set thermostat to 55 degrees so when we got to the room it was like walking into a freezer!! Not impressed!
