Toilets are deal breaker.
The pressure tank flush mechanism of the toilets are very loud. That would not keep me away, however, the toilets (there were two in our suite) have very high water level. I am a maintenance engineer for a company with 7 hotels and 85 apartments, so I have serviced and used many different toilets in my 35 years of employment in the field. If this hotel were for women only, then only the loud flushing might be an issue, but for even an average sized guy, and I dont claim to be bigger than that, the water in the bowls was uncomfortably high. I am serious, this is not an easy report to make. The only solution that I can see is to replace all the toilets. I am glad that I dont have to tell my employers that one of their hotels has this problem. When I reported to the desk clerk at check out, he claimed to never have heard about this issue. If it were my hotel, I would definitely research rates of return of male customers to see if they are up to industry standards. If enough customers are not coming back, it might be time to replace the commodes. (Crane brand)

Top value for money
Stayed 3 nights to visit friends and MOA. Room was as expected, clean and adequately appointed. Everything worked. Breakfast was well above "continental" variety with 4 or 5 hot items and make your own waffles. Fresh fruit as well. Pool area well maintained and plenty of towels. Front desk staff extremely helpful. I doubt you could do better or even as well without spending considerably more.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Very convenient ot Mall of America and easy interstate access.
