Special Check-In Instructions
Guests must check-in at the Surfside Resort Office located at 1096 Scenic Gulf Drive. Effective December 14, 2009, guests will check in at ResortQuest Miramar Beach Office, 11125 US Hwy 98 W, Miramar Beach, Fl. 32550. The office is open Monday through Friday 9 AM-5 PM. Guestrooms are available after 3 PM.
From early 2010, guests will be contacted by this property prior to arrival. The property will phone guests with key codes that allow direct entry to pre-assigned rooms. Guests should ensure the phone number used in the booking process is correct. Guests who do not hear from the property within 3 days of arrival should contact the property using the information on the confirmation email.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 and must occupy the rental the entire stay. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
