Nice hotel, useless staff
Hotel was pretty good by European standards. Very clean, close to transportation (thought it is a 15 minute bus ride + tube to anywhere interesting). The only issue was staff. They were polite and professional but useless. Couldnt help with directions or any tourist questions. Twice when we asked to get taxi at a specific time they failed.

Great Value but just ever so slightly out of the way...
This was a great value; the only drawback was the hotels distance from the nearest tube stop (Fulham Broadway)--not a huge distance but not exactly convenient if you have a lot of luggage (whether wheeled or not), or if, like us, you were simply dog tired and looking forward to relaxing after a hard days walking. Would we stay here again? Well, well likely look for something a little more centrally-located. However, overall--and especially considering the inflated London hotel rates--this was a good experience; plus, the money we saved allowed us to do a number of things we otherwise wouldve had to pass up: so I guess chances are well stay there again.
